As you know, the global pandemic has affected gatherings. Feel free to tune into weekly Saturday night sessions at sunset. Light a candle, listen to some melodic music (I like Caroline Myss' Chakra Meditation Music for centering myself) and feel surrounded by your loved ones, even if they are far away and "off planet".
How Do You Work With Spirit (a workshop) in Hamilton Ontario
When approached from a Western viewpoint, Spirit is as Body: something personal, something existing, maybe perfunctory, maybe unfamiliar. I invite us to gather together and look at Spirit from my Nipissing Anishinaabe viewpoint: Spirit is an all encompassing life element, a portal, an interactive multidimensional wonder "machine" that lives everywhere and nowhere, simultaneously. Spirit is a guide and also Spirit is the place: to live in, live with, to explore.
Spirit teaches us how to transform, how to move through time, how to stay very present.
Spirit Work is Sacred Self Care Work. It's Healthy Body Work. It's World Renewal Work.
This gathering will be held in Hamilton Ontario March 7th (doors open at 12pm).
Fee: $20, to cover room rental. If money is an issue, bring me a good book or bake something yummy for the group to share.
Bring yourself some water, a notebook, and your favorite pen. Dress cosy.
Please RSVP at email below and I will send along the address.
FYI: Smudge will be used to warm the space up. If you are allergic to sage or sweetgrass, they will be present and burning randomly throughout the workshop. These traditional medicines are Helpers, and are always present at my gatherings.

The focus of this
gathering builds on the last 3, where we recognize that working with Spirit is
a constant, and purposeful living is about loving and giving, and how blockages
can be released to free up more life energy for yourself. Last workshop
detailed working with your own manifestation abilities, and how to make the most
of them. I hope you are doing your work and are ready for the next
workshop:
Imagine what your life would
be like if your challenges, rather than being endless problems to be solved,
became doorways into the healing you long for.
We’re going to use these doorways
to look at the 5 basic desires: Love,
Security, Meaning, Creativity, and Joy, and how these are unfolding in your own
life.
Each emotion, each
obstacle, is a message from your own Soul – we’re going to talk about how you’re
ignoring these messages, how you are operating at the level of fleshy human-ness
rather than operating from your true self, your light and vibrant self, and how
we can get you working skillfully magically and with growing clarity to bring
more of the Good Stuff your way, rather than mindless karmic bad-bland stuff.
February’s workshop is
How
To Be More Deeply Connected and Creating a Life of Elegant Simplicity that Will
Make Your Soul Sing
This gathering is held at The Centering Space (59 Cambridge Ave) near Broadview Subway Station, 2-5 (doors open at 150pm).
Fee: $20, to cover room rental. If money is an issue, bring me a good book or bake something yummy for the group to share.
Bring yourself some water, a notebook, your favorite pen, and a take home container (for extra snack share).
Please RSVP at email below.

Manifesting Magic: How
to Stay Grounded, Connected, and Guided towards Your Dream Life (also known
as nurturing workable faith where there is almost none because we know about
manifestation and yet here we are, with some aspect we are not able to make into
reality for ourselves – and if we’re clearing our blockages, and working with
Spirit daily, why is our dream not coming true yet, and maybe we’re flagging in
energy and belief about it so the 3rd workshop is all about this:
nurturing that faith, relighting that fire, staying connected to Spirit and
grounded in reality all while moving ourselves into the right energetic harmony
with what we want.

“On this path we’re not promised easy, we’re promise true. And what I know for sure is that when we surrender all the way to that calling, there is a certain kind of ease that can take place”. Nisha Moodley
This month’s gathering will be a discussion on blockages to this ease – and this ease is where time bending and abundant living spring from.
Three things the universe has told me this month:
- Your own chaos can take you to clarity if you can experience it consciously.
- If you’re not “generous” when it is difficult, you won’t be “generous” when it is easy. (PS you can replace the word generous with loving, or grounded, or clear, or empowered).
- Prosperity is about process, not outcome. Process is about purpose. Purpose is about loving and giving.
It’s time to set your 2020 calendar to focus on Truth & Ease + Loving & Giving BECAUSE purpose is something you are, not something you do. And everything you want is just on the other side of this equation.

February 17 2019
An invitation to gather together and see what needs growing up.
We start off with greetings, gratitudes, and goodies (maybe cookies!). And then we're going where we just may not want to go: Where do we need to grow up in our lives? What bad behaviors are we still encouraging? What "next level" living are we claiming we can't get to? What part of us do we not want to bring into the light?
February's moon is all about waking from self-induced slumber; Bear Moon. We find our grandmother, and ask her to help us walk our spirit selves into our real selves --- with clarity, kindness, and authentic approaches that are supportive, not cumbersome. We find our spirit medicine to help us birth a new spring. We clean our psyches in anticipation of what's next to come. We're going to grow ourselves up and into the world.
This gathering is held at my home. 7-9ish. Message me for details.
Workshops, Gatherings
July 20th 2018
An invitation to gather together and see what the Berries can teach us.
We start off with a sound meditation, followed by a traditional welcome of smudge, and then we get into the theme of the month. We open up to a way of being that is multi-fold: we clear our minds of stuck beliefs and open ourselves up to new ideas, new communities, new friends.
These gatherings are held at The Centering Space (59 Cambridge Ave) near Broadview Subway Station, and run from 7-9ish (doors open at 645pm). Fee: $1-20, covers room rental, supplies, snacks.
For July, bring a friend for free.
