about alison

When I was a kid, my mom would drive me to her parents' home on the rez on the weekends (nipissing first nation), and I used to hang out with her and her 14 sisters, this council of women, hear stories, get advice, pick up teachings on life, relationships, kinship, responsibilities. I sat with them, sat with the water, sat with rocks, sat with cedars.  It was an invigorating way to grow up, close to the flow of the earth, close to the stories.

After 20 years as a student of life and spirit, I was ready to start a healing practice that would let me evolve my own take on spirituality and coaching. More than anything, I wanted to share my passion for living a full and dynamic life and watch as my clients discovered the transformative power of getting out of their own way, and into the way of spirit.

My approach is non-dogmatic, Nipissing (Anishinaabe) based.  I am always striving to get clearer, and to get closer, to truth, integrity, knowledge.  I never stop looking for a new way to see everything, and I never stop sitting with knowledge keepers and elders, of all species.  Teachers are everywhere.

Today my clients are energetically inclined and creative people -- people who want serious input on their spiritual lifestyle, advice on what to do when hitting life's roadblocks, or how to put together and craft the most vibrant, beautiful life. I also host workshops for groups, including mindfulness and self-care, monthly moonstravangas (where honesty, camaraderie and joy are paramount), teachings on home cleanses and blessings, and a master class for energetic skillsets.  I also do energetic-business coaching for new or fatiguing entrepreneurs.  Together, we find soul-supportive pathways that bring you back into your life wholeheartedly.

A bigger, more beautiful life is within reach of everyone.  I am a firm believer in authenticity, integrity, and progress; every day is a new day to begin again.
